- 1 cup green munggo
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, choppped
- 1/4 cup hibe, soak in water
- 2 cups water or broth
- 1 tablespoon patis
- 1 cup ampalaya (bitter gourd) or malunggay leaves
- Boil munggo and water together until soft and easily mashed.
- Saute garlic, onions, and tomatoes.
- Add munggo, hibe, broth or water to the saute.
- Add ampalaya or malunnggay leaves.
