- 1 whole chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons ginger, chop into strips
- 1/3 onion, chopped
- 5 cups water
- 2 cups sayote(chayote), sliced
- 1/2 cup sili leaves
- Clean and cut chicken into portions.
- Saute garlic, ginger and oil in a saucepan.
- Add chicken and stir fry.
- Add water, fish sauce, chayote, and sili leaves.
