We have the complete team in this issue. Only the girls participated in issues 11 and 12 in 'girls only' Themyscira; meanwhile, the boys started off the Doom Patrol adventure last issue on their own. Now the team is complete at last.
Mento goes crazy in this issue, as you can see in the cover. Psionics are a pain to deal with, particularly if you've got a team with purely physical powers. Fortunately, the new Titans have a very flexible power set.
For fans not that familiar with the Doom Patrol, this issue provides a capsule history of that star-crossed team, and explains why both Gar and Steve Dayton feel the way they do. We end with the introduction of one of the best, if not the best super-villain teams to come up against the Titans - the Brotherhood of Evil.
