Cooking Instructions

  1. Lightly brush a 12-muffin tin with butter and set aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt then set aside.
  3. Mix butter, lemon zest and sugar then set aside.
  4. Add eggs to the butter mix. One at a time while blending.
  5. Add the eggs while blending.
  6. Next add the milk while blending.
  7. Then add the flour-baking powder mix in small amounts while blending.
  8. Then add the blueberries.
  9. Scoop the mix into the muffin tin.
  10. Preheat the oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  11. Bake muffins for 25 minutes.
