Cooking Instructions

  1. Soak the anchovy fillets in the milk for ten minutes.
  2. Drain the anchovy and chop
  3. Leave the garlic whole, fry it in oil for half an hour.
  4. Fry the french bread cubes in oil with the garlic until brown.
  5. Mix the egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  6. Toss lettuce in garlic oil mix and anchovies.
  7. Add the egg mixture to the lettuce and toss again.
  8. Sprinkle croutons and parmesan cheese on top then serve.
