Cooking Instructions

  1. Blanch prawns and set aside.
  2. Cut the carrot slices small round shapes
  3. Blanch carrot in water/salt mix and drain.
  4. Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate in sake and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix egg, water, dashi-no-moto, sake, soy sauce and salt. Strain into a bowl
  6. Bring a steamer to boil and then set the heat to very low.
  7. Put the chicken, mushrooms, prawns and carrots into a ramekin.
  8. Pour the egg mixture into the ramekins.
  9. Cover the ramekin with aluminum foil.
  10. Steam on low heat for 15 minutes.
  11. Insert a tooth pick into the egg and if it comes out clear, it’s done.
