Cooking Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with whisk. Pour in water and whisk again.
  2. Add salt and black pepper.
  3. Chop up the cheese.
  4. Melt the butter and then add the cheese a little at a time.
  5. Add the whisked eggs, add the sour cream. Stir until thick.
  6. Serve with croutons.
