Ingredients (makes 8 burgers)

Cooking Instructions (total time : 30 minutes)

  1. Fry the bacon in oil until crisp.
  2. Mix the ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Make 8 patties.
  4. Split and toast hamburger buns.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and relish on half of the buns if desired.
  6. Grill patties for 10 minutes, turning them over to cook both sides.
  7. Place cheese on top of patties and and bacon on top of cheese.
  8. Grill until cheese melts than transfer burger to bun.
  9. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion over the bacon to finish the sandwich. Serve.
