Cooking Instructions

  1. Rub chicken feet salt and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse chicken feet in cold water.
  3. Add water to a pot and 1 tablespoon of salt for every 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil
  4. Add chicken feet to boiling salt water.
  5. Remove after five minutes. Drain.
  6. Cook the chicken in a pan until browned
  7. Add the sake, quarter cup water, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, chili, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, anise bud, and cinnamon seed.
  8. Mix and cook until liquid has been reduced.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
