Ingredients for Frosting

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease and flour a rectangular pan.
  3. Dissolve cocoa powder and coffee in hot water.
  4. Add evaporated milk to cocoa-coffee mix. Set aside.
  5. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
  6. Add each egg gradually while beating.
  7. Add vanilla.
  8. Add flour mix and cocoa-coffe mix. Keep beating.
  9. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Combine all frosting ingredients. Mix.
  11. Cook until thick.
  12. Apply frosting to top and sides of cake.
