Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, flour, cornmeal and salt into a batter.
  2. Pour the batter into a baking dish making a rectangular or square shape.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Cool and cut into squares. Serve.
