- 3 tablespoons corn oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- Saute the garlic, onions, and bell pepper until the onions are transparent.
- Add rice and mix.
- Stir in the ketchup until well blended.
