Cooking Instructions

  1. Saute garlic, onions, tomatoes,and peppers.
  2. Add beef and liver.
  3. Remove the liver. Set aside.
  4. Add beef stock and tomato paste.
  5. Simmer until beef is tender.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Add olives, siling labuyo, and constarch.
  8. Mash the liver and add it back tot he pan.
  9. Cook until sauce is thick.
  10. Add cream and cheese.
  11. Add bell pepper strips.
