Cooking Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into medium chunks.
  2. Boil potatoes until soften.
  3. Drain and mash potatoes while they are hot.
  4. Saute onion and beef in a medium skillet.
  5. Mix mashed potatoes and onion and beef in a bowl.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and let it cool.
  7. Make flat and oval-shaped patties.
  8. Coat each piece with flour.
  9. Dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko at last.
  10. Fry in 350 F oil until brown.
