- 1 cup sugar
- 1 big can evaporated milk
- 6 pieces eggyolk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon grated dayap rind
- Caramelize sugar in saucepan.
- Pour caramelized sugar while hot into molders. Set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Strain contents into molders.
- Place a toothpick at the center.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake until toothpick comes out on top.
- Chill before serving.
