Cooking Instructions

  1. Debone chicken and cut into chunks.
  2. Rub the chicken with salt, rinse and pat dry.
  3. Combine constarch, flour, egg and water in a bowl.
  4. Dip chicken into batter and fry until golden brown.
  5. Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
  6. Cook sauce until it thickens.
  7. Turn off heat and stir lemon slices into the sauce.
  8. Serve the chicken with the dipping sauce.
