Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Line muffin pans with paper cups.
  3. Cream butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the sugar.
  5. Beat in the egg yolks.
  6. Mix until smooth.
  7. Add condensed milk and dessicated coconut.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
  9. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff but not dry.
  10. Fold in the egg yolk mixture.
  11. Fill muffin pans with the batter.
  12. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
