Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix boiling water and flour into a dough.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest and allow to rise.
  3. In a floured surface divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
  4. Flatten with a rolling pin to a quarter of an inch thickness.
  5. Brush sesame oil on the sides of each dough.
  6. Roll out each dough into a thin pancake.
  7. Heat each pancake in a pan until both sides are browned.
