Cooking Instructions

  1. Fill half a pot with water.
  2. Cover and allow to boil.
  3. Add chicken, cover again and allow to boil.
  4. Simmer chicken until tender.
  5. Cool the chicken then flake the chicken meat.
  6. Saute garlic and onions until wilted.
  7. Add chicken stock, shredded chicken and fish balls. Boil.
  8. When fish balls have puffed up add seasonings and carrots.
  9. Simmer until carrots are tender.
  10. Add other vegetables and mix.
  11. Add noodles and soy sauce.
  12. Mix until noodles become swollen.
  13. Serve topped with spring onions and garlic.
