Cooking Instructions

  1. Place pork tenderloin and fresh milk in a dish, Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Caramelize the mango, then melt butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add mango and cook over high heat.
  4. Add the lemon juice, sugar and thyme.
  5. Let it simmer until mango are juicy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and set aside.
  8. In a separate saucepan, slightly fry the whole pork tenderloin until all sides become a bit brown.
  9. Then put the pork tenderloin in a baking dish, garnish with black pepper and some salt to taste for about 10 minutes.
  10. Slice and serve.
