Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the steak, onions, bell pepper.
  2. Add the ground cumin and the salt.
  3. Cook until steak is browned. Set aside.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese cheese over halves of 4 tortillas.
  5. Top cheese with steak and vegetable mix.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Fold tortillas over to over quesadilla mixture. Fasten with toothpicks.
  8. Place tortillas on baking sheet.
  9. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  10. Bake until tortillas are browned. Around 5 minutes.
  11. Cut each quesadilla into 3 triangles.
  12. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
