Quiche Lorraine


Cooking Instructions

  1. Line a pie pan with the pastry; cut to fit.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bacon to a crisp and break up into bacon bits.
  3. Sprinkle the bacon bits in the pie pan distributing it evenly on top of the pastry layer.
  4. Combine eggs, milk, nutmeg and pepper. Stir and blend.
  5. Pour the mix over the bacon in the pie pan.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  7. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve.
