Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil sampalok in some water until tender.
  2. Mash sampalok to extract juice.
  3. Strain in a pot, pour in water.
  4. Add onion and tomatoes. Boil.
  5. Add fish, okra, eggplant, kangkong stems, and siling haba.
  6. Add kangkong leaves.
  7. Season to taste.
