Spaghetti Bolognese


Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add garlic, onion, carrot, and celery
  3. Increase heat and add the ground beef.
  4. Add beef stock, wine, tomatoes, sugar and parsley.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the paste to boiling water and cook until tender.
  8. Drain pasta and arrange on a plate.
  9. Put sauce over pasta.
  10. Top with parmesan cheese.
