Stuffed Squid


Cooking Instructions (total time : 25 minutes)

  1. Remove squid membranes and ink sacs and peel off skin.
  2. Wash squid.
  3. Marinate squid in a mix of soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, salt garlic, ginger and hot pepper.
  4. Roast over hot coals.
  5. The recommended sauce for this is a mix of soy sauce, a little vinegar, lemon or calamansi juice, siling labuyo or any kind of hot pepper (cut in half so it leaks into the sauce).
