Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients for pastry dough. Stir and blend.
  2. Line a pan or pie mold with the dough
  3. Melt butter, flour and milk in low heat. Stir until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add sour cream, cheese, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  5. When blended pour the mixture over the dough in the pan.
  6. Heat oven to 200 degrees Centigrade.
  7. Bake until crust turns golden. About an hour. Serve.
