Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat some olive oil in a pan and cook the onions until they become translucent.
  2. Add the bacon to the pan and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes, salt, wine, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  5. Take half of the potatoes and line the bottom of a baking dish with them.
  6. Over the potatoes put a layer of Reblochon cheese slices.
  7. Add another layer of potatoes on top of the Reblochon.
  8. Add another layer of cheese on top of the potatoes.
  9. Put the bacon and onions on top of the layer of cheese.
  10. Then add a last layer of sliced Reblochon on top of the bacon and onions.
  11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  12. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve.
