Whole Wheat Bread


Cooking Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in a half cup of water.
  2. Combine the remaining water with salt, honey, molasses, whole wheat flour, bread flour and powdered milk.
  3. Add the yeast-water combination. Stir.
  4. Be sure to add butter while kneading.
  5. Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
  6. Tranfer to a greased bowl and leave to rise double its current size.
  7. Punch down and divide in two.
  8. Shape into loaves.
  9. Put in greased loaf pans.
  10. Let the dough rise to the rim of the pan.
  11. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  12. Bake.
